Ms. Dandridge is the former Founding Director of the Michigan State University College of Law Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, where she was responsible for teaching and supervising law students who provided legal services for business and nonprofit clients. She also instructs a wide range of legal business seminars, including Business and Nonprofit Organization Formation, Obtaining and Complying with Nonprofit Tax Exempt Status, and Trademark & Copyright 101.
Her past experience includes serving as In-House Counsel for an Economic Development Coalition in Miami, FL, where she assisted entrepreneurs with business transactions, including entity formation; negotiation, review, and preparation of contracts and leases; as well as trademark and copyright registration and compliance. She was also a litigation associate at a Fort Lauderdale, FL law firm, where she represented clients before the Circuit Court in commercial, liability defense and labor and employment matters. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Florida.

Andre' B. Dandridge has over 20 years experience in the health care science industry, with a focus on Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics. He worked in various capacities for national biomedical laboratories and hospitals in South Florida, Michigan, and Baltimore, MD, where he performed analytical research and clinical laboratory tests. As a registered Patent Agent, Mr. Dandridge skillfully intersects his biomedical science experience with patent application prosecution. On behalf of the Firm, he conducts patent infringement studies and counsels clients on the patent process and patent potential of inventions. Additionally, he conducts copyright and trademark feasibility studies and prepares Trademark & Copyright applications in compliance with the US Copyright Office and the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Dandridge is the former Director of Law Firm Development for the Dandridge Firm. In this capacity, through evaluation and assessment of client needs, he worked to streamline the Firm’s integration of technologically effective and efficient law firm management practices. His creativity helped propel the Firm to become a leader in innovative internet law firm practice, which ultimately keeps the Firm on a path of exceptional customer service. He was instrumental in the launch of dandridgelaw.com, which now allows the Firm to deliver seamless online services to a national audience.
Mr. Dandridge also assisted an Okemos, MI law firm to develop a new intellectual property practice area, with a focus on trademark and copyright legal services. Additionally, he worked for a national legal services organization where he assisted in drafting litigation documents concerning contract, corporate, insurance, probate, and real property law. He is a Patent Agent licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
