The Dandridge Firm, PLC was founded by Nicole S. Dandridge in 2003. Ms. Dandridge’s current and prior legal experience shows a distinct track record which reflects her commitment to providing exemplary legal service to nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses alike. Her practice areas include non profit law, trademark law, and copyright law.
Currently, Ms. Dandridge is the Director of the Michigan State University College of Law Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, where she is responsible for teaching and supervising student clinicians who provide legal services for actual business and nonprofit clients. She also instructs a wide range of legal business seminars, including Business and Nonprofit Organization Formation, Obtaining and Complying with Nonprofit Tax Exempt Status, and Trademark & Copyright 101.
Her past experience includes serving as In-House Counsel for an Economic Development Coalition in Miami, FL, where she assisted entrepreneurs with business transactions, including entity formation; negotiation, review, and preparation of contracts and leases; as well as trademark and copyright registration and compliance. She was also a litigation associate at a Fort Lauderdale, FL law firm, where she represented clients before the Circuit Court in commercial, liability defense and labor and employment matters. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Florida.

As Director of Law Firm Development, Andre’ B. Dandridge assists the Dandridge Firm, PLC in meeting the demands of its national clientele. Through evaluation and assessment of clients needs, he works to continually improve the Firm’s integration of technologically effective and efficient law firm management practices. His creativity in technology integration has propelled the Firm to become a leader in innovative internet law firm development practices, which ultimately keeps the Firm on a path of exceptional customer service. He was instrumental in the launch of dandridgelaw.com, which now allows the Firm to deliver seamless online services to a national audience.
Mr. Dandridge also served as Legal Assistant to the Firm, where he was responsible for research, review, and drafting of various transactional documents including contracts, lease agreements, and internal company documents; as well as copyright, trademark, and nonprofit IRS 501(c) tax exemption applications. His past experience also includes serving as a Medical Technologist for over ten years. He worked in various capacities for national independent laboratories and hospitals in Baltimore, MD and South Florida, where he performed analytical research and clinical laboratory tests. He also served as a Law Clerk at an Okemos, MI law firm, where he assisted in developing a new intellectual property practice area, with a focus on trademark and copyright copyright services. Additionally, he was a Legal Assistant for a national legal services organization located in Lansing, MI, where he assisted counsel in drafting litigation documents concerning contract, corporate, insurance, probate, and real property law.
